What is 14K Gold-Fill?

14K gold-fill is an affordable alternative to solid gold. Gold-fill is a two layer material, with the core metal commonly being brass. A thick layer of 14k gold is then permanently bonded to the core metal, making it tarnish-resistant and much more durable than gold-plated. This allows you to wear your jewelry for years to come.

All items are made to order and take up to 7 business days to ship from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and in most cases it should arrive to you within 2-5 business days once shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.

Packaging?

Each piece will be mailed in an Ilihia Maui custom microfiber jewelry pouch, If you would like your item shipped in a paper jewelry box, please let us know.

All items are then shipped in a padded bubble mailer.

Repairs?

Lost earring?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make a missing earring, due to the uniqueness of each pearl.

Return Policy?

We do not accept returns, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of purchase to exchange your item for a piece that you prefer of equal or lesser value.
